Liberia Digital Ambassadors Program (LDAP)

The Liberia Digital Ambassadors Program (LDAP) Cohort 1 launches in July 2026. This is not a training program, but a National Action Engine designed to turn digital skills into real-world solutions. LDAP equips young Liberians with practical skills in AI, software development, cloud infrastructure, networking, and digital entrepreneurship, while providing the tools and real problem environments needed to act immediately. Participants will work on real national and community challenges, build and deploy digital systems, and generate measurable impact. LDAP connects training with action, talent with tools, and youth innovation with Liberia’s digital transformation agenda.

The National ICT Database Project

The Liberia National ICT Database Project aims to collect and analyze comprehensive data on information and communication technology (ICT) usage, infrastructure, and demographics across the country, create public access to the data sets. A key component of this project is the development of a live dashboard for data visualization, which will provide real-time access to accurate and accessible data for researchers both at home and abroad, as well as government officials and donors. This immediate access to data is crucial for informed decision-making and strategic planning, ensuring that stakeholders can respond effectively to the dynamic needs of Liberia's ICT sector.
